Project Selection- Magazine

Print journalism interests me the most because I like to do independent work. Doing a magazine would work better for me in the way that I can decide how my project turns out and I don't have to rely on a group to help me. In the show Newsroom there was a lot of people that helped to get Will on the news to say the correct information, if someone were to mess up the whole chain would be be missing information and the correct news might not have been provided. When doing the magazine analysis I found that a magazine I liked and it was about fishing and being on the water. It had a lot of information about fishing and boats. I think that the magazine project would be a better fit for me because I wouldn't have to choose actors and worry about them remembering lines. I would have to make a whole script and theme for others. One concern I have about the magazine project would be coming up with a theme to make enough pages.
